1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the item.
  • Time Frame: You must initiate the return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Custom Orders: Any items that were customized or made-to-order are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please contact our customer service team at support@spherejackets.com or +1 (213) 459-5241 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Your Return: After receiving your RMA number, carefully pack your item and include your original receipt or proof of purchase. Be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your return to the following address:

4. Processing Your Return/Exchange

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • Exchanges: If you are approved for an exchange and the replacement item is in stock, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, you can either choose a different item of equal value or request a full refund.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@spherejackets.com or +1 (213) 459-5241. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
